Our focus: Clients, community and connection. Over 10 years ago when we started Porter Group, our intent was to take an authentic and relatable approach to real estate, built on the common ground we share with our clients. That philosophy still guides us today. Our tagline is ‘Real Estate. We Get It. because we understand the crazy, exciting, difficult, exhausting ride real estate can be. You name it, we’ve probably done it- relocated across the country, flipped properties, purchased foreclosures, upsized, downsized, been landlords and have moved multiple times with kids in tow. These experiences are why ‘we get it’. We recognize and understand buying and selling property isn’t always easy.  By offering you the very best service, insight and knowledge, we hope to make your real estate journey as stress free and seamless as possible.

Relationships are at the core of our business, with the vast majority of clients being repeat or referred. We believe this is because we pride ourselves on putting our client’s interests first, taking the time to listen and finding out what’s important to them. While our business is primarily focused on residential real estate across the Fraser Valley, we work with clientele from Vancouver Island to New Brunswick. Utilizing our network of business and referral partners, we often assist clients relocating to a new town or province. So whether you’re moving across the street or across the country, we can help.

When not helping our clients with their real estate goals, Mark and Steph can be found chasing their two children and springer spaniel around Walnut Grove, volunteering at their kids schools and with their sports teams.  In their free time, you’ll often find them in the Okanagan, which is like a second home, boating, dirt biking and helping out at the Porter family farm in South East Kelowna.
